Your first meeting

  1. Press Start. Click the ear in the menu bar, then Start. The ear turns red while ozen is recording.

  2. Join your call in Zoom, Google Meet (in Chrome), Teams, Slack, FaceTime or Discord, as usual. There’s nothing to connect: ozen hears those apps directly, and no one sees a bot join.

  3. Watch the transcript. Click the ear to open the panel. Lines appear about 15–30 seconds after they’re said, labeled (call) for people on the call and (room) for people near your Mac. Hebrew reads right to left.

  4. Name the speakers. New voices show up as S1, S2 and so on. Click a name and choose who it really is. ozen relabels everything that person said, and recognizes them in future meetings. More on speakers.

  5. Fix a word if ozen misheard it: click the text and type the right words. ozen learns from it. More on fixes.

  6. Ask AI. Press Ask AI to open an AI assistant that has read the meeting so far. Ask it things like “What did we decide about the launch date?” or “What’s on my screen right now?” More on AI.

  7. Press Stop when you’re done. The ear shows an hourglass while ozen finishes writing down the last few seconds, then it stops.
